Return & Refund Policy — Walk The Word


Thank you for shopping with Walk The Word. Every item we create is handmade and 3D-printed with care. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

 

 

 

Returns & Eligibility

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or variant chosen
  • Minor 3D printing texture or layer lines (normal for handmade prints)
  • Items that have been painted, modified, or used
  • Digital products (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Description of the issue

We will send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want another item, please return the original (if eligible) and make a new purchase.

 

 

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
