Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Incorrect Address

If the address is entered incorrectly, contact us within 12 hours.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

• Check with neighbors
• Check with your local post office/carrier
• Contact the carrier directly
